At Le Sanglier, we do our utmost to contribute to the protection of the environment and the preservation of natural resources. Since our hotel is located in the middle of the greenery of the Belgian Ardennes, it goes without saying that we have adopted this environmentally conscious approach to reduce our impact on the world around us.
Eco-friendly cleaning products
Le Sanglier's cleaning staff uses ECOLAB cleaning products: an eco-friendly company committed to many environmental causes such as water management, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, sustainability of the products they sell and global partnerships for sustainable development.
A limitation of excessive energy consumption
Thanks to the application of increasingly advanced technologies, our laundry service partner Ardennes & Meuses Elis reduces its water and energy consumption during the cleaning process. In this way, laundry is treated in a more ecological and environmentally friendly way. Moreover, A&M Elis is ISO 14 001 and ISO 9001 certified.
A reduction of water consumption
At the Sanglier Hotel, we give our guests the opportunity to reuse the same towels during their stay. Thanks to this initiative, we can save hundreds of kilos of washing powder and hundreds of liters of water every year.

A reforestation project with "Hotels for Trees"
Hotel Le Sanglier is a member of the Hotels for Trees foundation, which makes a concrete contribution to a greener hotel world. The principle is simple: every day that a hotel guest chooses not to have their room cleaned, a new tree is planted by the organization. A simple and effective way to work together to reforest our planet!

Through proper collection and sorting of the different types of waste, the company meets the current needs of the population without endangering the future of our next generations.
